Contact the Secretary:

HOA/Maintenance Dues:
Delinquent Dues are being addressed. If you have not paid your HOA/Maintenance Dues, please contact the board.
Improvements Around the Neighborhood:
- The dam was burned earlier this year in a controlled fashion to mitigate the overgrown vegetation. Thank you to the volunteers who helped.
- We would like to thank all of the volunteers who have been mowing the shoulders of the roads and park.
- The roads have been graded. The board is also working on solutions for adding road material to parts of the roads.
- The board is in contact with contractors for repairing the trash barrier.
- The dam will have a hydraulic analysis completed this year that will provide recommendations for future repairs.
- Bait fish have been put in the lake with the help of a Fish Donation Fund. We would like to thank everyone who pitched in to help improve the lake.
Board Position Changes:
The board has decided to change some positions this year. Josh Kleiner is now the President for the year of 2025. Robby Curtis is now the Vice President for the year of 2025.
Communication:
The secretary is wanting to move more communication to email and the website. This provides a more effective way of communicating. If you have not, please register for the website at www.lakesheridanestates.com. Having an account allows you to access documents and the calendar for upcoming events.
Let’s work together:
The board is asking for volunteers to help work on projects around the neighborhood. If you would like to be on the contact list for helping better the neighborhood, please contact the treasurer.
Be a Good Neighbor:
Check in with your neighbors and watch out for any suspicious activity. If you see any criminal activity please contact the authorities. Let’s help keep Lake Sheridan Estates safe.
The Trash Barrier:
The trash barrier is off limits to residents and nonresidents for safety concerns. Please do not walk/climb/fish on the trash barrier.
