Ballot Sign-up form for 2026:
Do you want to help serve your neighborhood? Sign-up for the board of directors ballot for 2026. The sign-up form has been emailed, mailed, and put on the website.
 
 
Improvements Around the Neighborhood:
*The trash barrier was completed around the morning glory.
*The water level in the lake has risen with all of the rainfall; however, it is still about 2-2.5 ft below the normal level.
*A thank you to everyone pitching in the mow around the neighborhood.
*Contractors have come and looked at the roads for repairs, awaiting estimates.
 
 
Communication:
The secretary is wanting to move more communication to email and the website. This provides a more effective way of communicating. If you have not been receiving emails from the secretary, please contact them to put your email on the list.
 
 
Let’s work together:
The board is asking for volunteers to help work on projects around the neighborhood. If you would like to be on the contact list for helping better the neighborhood, please contact the secretary. 
 
 
Bylaws and Deed Restrictions:
The Bylaws and Deed Restrictions are long due for a change. The bylaws have a plan to be voted on at the August 9, 2025 meeting. The Deed Restrictions will be sent out for voting later this year with an extended voting period, TBD. 
 
 
Be a Good Neighbor:
Check in with your neighbors and watch out for any suspicious activity. If you see any criminal activity please contact the authorities. Let’s help keep Lake Sheridan Estates safe.
 
 
The Trash Barrier:
The trash barrier is off limits to residents and nonresidents for safety concerns. Please do not walk/climb/fish on the trash barrier.

Is it possible to put the LSE cell phone number and Secretary's (web admin?) email address/contact info in plain sight on the home page so it's easier for residents to find, instead of having to open a Newsletter and stumble upon it while reading that? Just a suggestion... Thanks
