Welcome to our new site.  This is a new tool and we are still working out a few items.

 

We are situated just North of Splashway in Sheridan, Texas.  Lake Sheridan Estates is a small private community that strives to be good neighbors and keep our “community feel”.  We have permanent and “weekend” residents that make up our population. We are proud of our little oasis and appreciate the peace we feel when surrounded by good people, mature trees and wildlife.
